Derek's funeral will be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium, Chase Road, Dudley. DY3 2RL on Monday 5th December at 11:00 am.
It is not known if flowers or donations have been requested.

It is with regret to announce the passing on Thursday 10 November 2016 of Derek Corfield, aged 84, after a long illness but a short stay in Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley, West Midlands. Derek was a Wireless Mechanic at the Brierley Hill Detachment (Romsley region) from 1970 until it's closure in 1982 and then moved to the Aston, Birmingham, Detachment until his retirement.
Derek was a widower and had no children. It is understood that the funeral arrangements are being carried out by a niece but there is no more information at the moment.
