STUART POWELL (WT - BILLINGE)

It is with regret to announce that NTLPA have been advised that Stuart Powell died in early October 2019, he leaves a wife, Sharon.
Stuart wrote to me in February 2005 to say he had just completed 28 years of service at Billinge Wireless Depot having started there on Monday 28th February 1977. Some of his photos taken at the time can be viewed here. Unfortunately I don't have any other details about Stuart's time in the Directorate or when he retired.
