Introduction
This section contains a collection of photographs relating to the DTELS site at Cowley, Oxford.

The site, within the grounds of Rowan House, housed a former government nuclear bunker. Around 1992, DTELS moved its Vehicle Installation Design Group (VIDG) from Bishops Cleeve following that site closure and established a workshop within Rowan House devoted to EMC related business in support of the Police and other essential services.

The pictures in this gallery were taken in 1997 sometime before VIDG (now part of PITO) was moved to its present location at Carterton, Oxfordshire.
