Dick seen here receiving an ‘envelope’ from unknown person (possibly Roger Tuckley).  To the right of Dick is Fred Catterall, at one time the Regional Wireless Engineer for Cranbrook Region, but at the time this photo was taken may have been the South-East Area Manager.
