Introduction
In what is thought to have been 1987, the Directorate produced a leaflet for internal circulation to its staff setting out the strategy for the future. The eight pages outlined in broad detail what management were planning, the need for the organisation to improve performance and to continue providing an effective and efficient service to its customers.
