c1970-71 - This picture is of Bill Witcher WT from Weyhill Maintenance Unit who is believed to have been based in the CCTV Section at that time. He is seen here on the roof of one of the buildings in the Leicester University complex and taken during a site visit by Directorate staff prior to the organisation mounting an exhibition to emergency services in 1971.
