'That is a Burndept pocketset aerial isn't it?'

Now that's what I call ingenuity and probably would last longer than the original knob, why buy a new teapot when you can fix the lid with an item commonly seen on UHF pocketset's! The teapot was spotted during a visit by Directorate staff to a customer location.
