About DTELS; the following topics have been reinstated as they had been omitted from the last major site update in 2006.

Site Authoring Update; the site is now authored using Net Objects Fusion V10. One of the major benefits has been the production of HTML compliant code, which should lead to faster page loads with no errors and is cross browser compatible (major packages, not MS Mobile or Pocket PC). There are some exceptions, such as the home page due to use of custom scripts or counter calls.
