Ron and I used to share a car together when I first started at Shapwick and he shared many stories of the old sweats that worked there. I first met Tom when at RAF Tangmere in 1969, we then met again when I was an instructor in Training Section, always a willing soul and a good laugh, sad news indeed RIP Tom

Just found this site by accident - I'm still around sitting on my backside (when the wife lets me) - hope the site takes off. Anyone travelling to the West Country drop in for a break I'm 5 mins off Junction 22 always beer in the fridge and the kettles always warm.
