CCE Harrow - Harrow Observer Article

Reference to the Directorate and it's operations occasionally appeared in national and local press. One such occasion was an article run on the 28th March 1980 by the Harrow Observer entitled 'MP's Condem War Fortress Report'

The article has been reproduced below from piecing together a photocopy of the original newspaper article. Although not high quality, hopefully it is still readable.
