Does anyone know whether this project ever got finnished?

I was out there in 74 and have some photos of the tower and workshops at the police fort in Doha

Also does anyone know what happened to Sheik Hamad Bin Hamad Althani the cheif of Police? I don't know if its him that tried a coup?

WE had to fit a radio in the boot of his car and had to get some one to empty of machine guns and grenades etc as none of the technicians or myself were weapon trained..!!
