No factual details are available for this photograph.  However, this picture is believed to have been taken at Bishops Cleeve MU on or around 1968.

In addition, Martin Swift has written in to say: "the Pye Pocketfone service manual is a bit of a give away... This looks like a PF1 repair bench. The PF1 Tx antenna white top caps are seen in the drawer - with probably sections for the ubiquitous 2N3866 and carrying clip roll-pins in there as well"  .... thanks Martin
