Another picture of a Bedford truck used by the Police Column.

This one shows two low-band ground plane antennas mounted on either side of the truck, which were probably connected to temporary broadcast equipment.  The antenna elements suggest the one to the left is in the 80 MHz band used to receive mobile transmissions, the one to the right in the 100 MHz band used to transmit to mobiles.
